Yes. Remode is free to download. Guests get 3 searches before signing up, and a free account gives 5 full-featured searches per day. Pro and packs are optional.

No. The Essential Pack (15 searches) and the Curator Pack (30 searches) are one-time purchases that do not expire.
Pro is an Apple subscription. Cancel any time in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
You can run the photo search in your browser on any device at remode.app/try with 3 free searches. The full app with saved items, price watch and try-on is on iOS today; the Android waitlist is on that page.
