These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Remode mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Farshid Abdi, 3008 Bern, Switzerland ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Remode is a fashion discovery platform that helps users identify and explore fashion items using images.
Remode does not sell products and does not process payments for third-party purchases.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Remode.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
You retain ownership of the images you upload.
By uploading content to Remode, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and analyze the content solely to:

Search results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or complete. Remode does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or pricing of third-party products.
The Service may include links to third-party websites or retailers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
Free Tier: Every user receives a limited number of free searches. Once used, a paid subscription is required to continue searching.
Remode Pro: Pro subscriptions provide unlimited personal searches, subject to a fair-use policy. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through the App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Google). You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Fair-Use Policy: Pro users may perform up to 400 searches per calendar month for personal, non-commercial use. We may notify you as you approach this limit. If exceeded, searches are paused until the next calendar month. Users requiring higher limits may contact support@remode.app for a custom arrangement.
Credit Packs: One-time credit packs are non-refundable and do not expire.
We reserve the right to modify features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice.
You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if required to protect the Service or comply with legal obligations.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance when required.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Bern, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions require a different venue.
