Welcome to Remode.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Remode mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Farshid Abdi, Switzerland ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Remode is a fashion discovery platform that helps users identify and explore fashion items using images.

Remode does not sell products and does not process payments for third-party purchases.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Remode's AI-powered photo services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload.

By uploading content to Remode, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to:

• Provide the Service
• Maintain security and reliability

Longer-lived photo use for search-quality improvement requires the separate optional choice described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Interfere with or attempt to abuse the Service

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

5. AI & Search Results Disclaimer

Search results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or complete. Remode does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or pricing of third-party products.

Virtual Try-On: Try-on images are AI-generated composites intended as an approximate visual preview. They do not represent an exact depiction of how a garment will look, fit, or appear in person. Factors such as fabric texture, colour accuracy, body proportions, and lighting may differ from the generated image. Remode does not guarantee the accuracy of try-on results and is not liable for purchasing decisions made based on them.

6. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Disclosure

The Service may include affiliate links to third-party retailers. When you click such a link and complete a purchase, Remode may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We participate in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates and the eBay Partner Network, among others.

As an Amazon Associate, Remode earns from qualifying purchases.

Affiliate compensation is not used to determine match relevance in search results — results are ranked by how well they match the image you provide.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party retailers.

7. Subscriptions & Usage Limits

Free Access: Guests receive 3 snaps before signup is required. Signed-in free users receive 5 full-featured snaps per day. Referral or promotional bonus snaps may provide additional usage. A paid subscription unlocks more searches, up to the fair-use limit below.

Remode Hunt: Remode Hunt subscriptions provide personal searches up to the fair-use limit below. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Apple (App Store). The price is the one shown in the App Store at the time of purchase, in your local currency; these Terms do not set a separate price. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Free Trials & Introductory Offers: If a free trial or introductory price is offered, the App Store shows its length and the price that applies afterwards before you confirm. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or introductory period ends, the subscription continues at the regular price shown at purchase.

Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends, at the App Store price that applies at that time. Apple tells you before a price increase takes effect and, where required, asks for your consent. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.

Fair-Use Policy: Remode Hunt users may perform up to 400 searches per calendar month for personal, non-commercial use. We may notify you as you approach this limit. If exceeded, searches are paused until the next calendar month. Users requiring higher limits may contact support@remode.app for a custom arrangement.

Credit Packs: One-time credit packs cost the price shown in the App Store at purchase, are non-refundable and do not expire.

We reserve the right to modify features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if required to protect the Service or comply with legal obligations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance when required.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Bern, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions require a different venue.
